For any maintenance request, reach out to the Birdwatch Pro team via portal, email, or phone. Our staff will personally come out to perform the service required and coordinate with a specialist if needed. From inception through completion, all your maintenance needs will be managed and fulfilled by the Birdwatch Pro team.
If you are a self-managed landlord with one or more personally managed rental properties or a real estate professional with a portfolio of properties, Birdwatch Pro is suitable for your property maintenance needs.

Most tickets can be scheduled and closed within 48 to 72 hours. Turnovers or make-ready’s are timed between tenants. For preventive maintenance, we reach out to schedule two weeks ahead of service.
We have in-house technicians who handle general interior and exterior repairs and update work. These Birdwatchers can mount televisions, paint, repair drywall, hang pictures, tile a backsplash, install smoke detectors, and more. For roofing, siding, or large scope projects, we have third party vendors. Birdwatch technicians are licensed, bonded, insured, and trained in customer service for the best possible member experience.
We interview third party vendors and check references. We review licensure, bonding, and insurance coverages. We have long-term vendor relationships that we lean on to deliver the highest quality work at a fair price on time. In return, we give vendors great work, pay on time, and make their jobs easier. It’s a win-win for our client.
