Meet Derek

Derek wanted to surprise his wife with a crystal chandelier for Thanksgiving.
But with less than 2 days from the holiday, the gorgeous light fixture was still sitting in the box. Derek turned to us and we dispatched a team to install the chandelier the next day. When assessing the situation and looking at Derek’s home specs, the Birdwatch coordinator anticipated additional wiring, patching and painting needs. He successfully coordinated three professionals in succession — on the same day. The results? Derek’s wife was thrilled, the dining room was beautifully lit and the chandelier stole the show.

Meet Jessica

During the 2020 pandemic, the “work-from-home” demand exploded. Jessica was one of many folks ready to make this shift. But, she was also worried about his new workspace” overpowering” the room — which was also used for downtime and entertainment. Our techs were on it. By moving the wall-mounted TV and installing the hide-away cabinetry, we restaged Jessica’s home and created a separate workspace unit without compromising on the feeling of comfort and livability of her home. Jessica kept the cozy feel of her home while getting a brand new functional workspace.
