Get started immediately upon enrollment. Our app guides you through scheduling your initial planning session (as soon as 24 hours later), building your to-do list, and documenting your home maintenance goals — no expert knowledge required. Urgent service needs can be addressed in parallel with onboarding.
Your virtual onboarding session is a 45-60 minute video call, in which we address questions and worries about your home, establish your service roadmap, and design your annual HomeCare program. We can scope immediate needs in real-time with in-app video and schedule your first service visit — your “Birdwatch Win” — as early as that same week.
In the coming weeks, a project manager will visit to document your home’s systems and features. This comprehensive inventory enables custom maintenance recommendations and faster future service, as our team will have key details already at hand. You can also add optional services such as a roof inspection, energy audit, or smart home assessment.

Included with every Core and Premier membership is HomeCare Essentials shown on next cards. You can then customize HomeCare Plus with additional preventative and seasonal visits during onboarding — gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleanings, window washing, kitchen tune-ups, chimneys, and much more.
Book services as needed or lock in annual scheduling for a discount. We’ll review and adjust your HomeCare plan each year to ensure it meets your evolving needs.
Base preventative maintenance in winter:
