Taking on any major upgrade or repair can be stressful and full of surprises: we can help. For modest renovations, we often plan and complete projects in-house, including our staff designer. For large-scale or complex renovations, our project managers will coordinate specialist vendors on your behalf. With our industry expertise at your side, we can streamline results, counsel you through critical decision points and negotiations, and advise on costs and timelines.

Home Evaluation visit
Every membership kicks off with a home evaluation walkthrough. This initial visit is 1-2 hours long and gives you a whole new perspective on your space. We will document your systems, appliances, property details, and much more so that we can do remote triage in the future.
We’ll also get deep into conversation to understand existing maintenance needs, preferences, fears, and anything else that would put you more at ease. From there, our Flight Plan will propose your roadmap of action items and recommendations. Autopilot members will also get their HomeCare plan proposal for review and revision.
